GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS – PremiumHotels Romania / PremiumHotels.ro / GlampingHub.ro

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully, as they govern your use of the PremiumHotels Romania / PremiumHotels.ro / GlampingHub.ro platform – an online service that enables the listing and booking of hotel and glamping accommodations in Romania.
By using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Platform Operator Identification

The PremiumHotels.ro / GlampingHub.ro platform is operated by A&T MILLENNIUM CONSULTING S.R.L., a limited liability company registered in Romania, with the following details:

A&T MILLENNIUM CONSULTING S.R.L. is a data controller in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR and is responsible for managing the Platform and all related services provided through it.

2. Definitions and Scope

For the purposes of these Terms:

  • “Platform” – refers to the websites www.premiumhotels.ro and www.glampinghub.ro, as well as any associated applications, extensions, or functionalities.

  • “User” – any individual accessing or using the Platform.

  • “Host” – a natural or legal person who publishes accommodation or experience offers.

  • “Guest” – a person who makes a booking through the Platform.

  • “Booking” – the contractual agreement between a Host and a Guest, facilitated by the Platform.

  • “B2B Partner” – a legal entity engaged in a commercial collaboration with the Platform under a separate agreement.

 

3. Role of PremiumHotels.ro / GlampingHub.ro

PremiumHotels.ro / GlampingHub.ro acts solely as an intermediary between Hosts, Guests, and B2B Partners.
We are not a party to the rental agreement between them and do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any listed properties.

The Platform does not conduct physical inspections of locations and does not guarantee the identity or behavior of Hosts or Guests.

 

4. Purpose of the Platform

The Platform facilitates:

  • booking of accommodation experiences (thematic packages, unique locations);

  • listing of properties by Hosts;

  • travel offers (tours, adventures, wellness services);

  • B2B consultancy and booking integration;

  • event planning and concierge services;

  • local culinary services and tastings;

  • loyalty and reward programs;

  • the purchase of sustainable products through our online shop;

  • special seasonal or thematic offers.

The contractual relationship for any booking is concluded directly between the Guest and the listed Host.
PremiumHotels.ro / GlampingHub.ro is not a party to the accommodation agreement.

 

5. Types of Users

The Platform includes the following types of users:

  • Hosts – individuals or legal entities who publish accommodation listings, travel services, or related experiences. Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the legal compliance of their properties, and the fulfillment of confirmed bookings.

  • Guests – users who browse the platform, make reservations, participate in experiences, and may leave reviews. Guests enter into a direct contractual relationship with Hosts, while GlampingHub.ro acts solely as a technical intermediary.

  • B2B Partners – travel agencies, companies, affiliates, or investors who use the platform for promotion, integration, listing, or direct commercial collaboration. Their relationship with the Platform is governed by separate, specific agreements.

 

6. Eligibility and Registration

Users must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity. By creating an account, users confirm that they have read and accepted the Terms, Privacy Policy, and Cookies Policy.

To use the Platform, users must:

  • be at least 18 years of age;

  • provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account;

  • not create false or duplicate accounts.

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these conditions.

Accounts for B2B Partners require approval from the PremiumHotels.ro / GlampingHub.ro team and may include additional contractual terms.
Reselling reservations without written consent or contacting Hosts directly to avoid platform fees is strictly prohibited.

By creating an account or making a booking, the User confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms, Privacy Policy, and Cookies Policy.

 

7. Inactive Accounts

We reserve the right to delete or archive accounts that have shown no activity for 12 consecutive months.
Users may request account deletion and removal of their personal data at any time, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

8. Use of the Platform

It is prohibited to:

  • use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes;

  • communicate outside the official channels prior to the confirmation of a booking;

  • post offensive content, spam, or viruses;

  • resell bookings without our consent;

  • infringe copyright by copying the Platform’s content;

  • engage in any form of discrimination based on gender, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or social status.

PremiumHotels.ro / GlampingHub.ro reserves the right to suspend user access in case of violations.

Any attempt to avoid commission payments by communicating or booking outside the Platform following an initial contact made through PremiumHotels.ro / GlampingHub.ro is strictly prohibited. Such actions may result in account suspension and/or contractual liability.

9. Privacy and Cookie Policy

By using the Platform, you agree to the processing of personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Data may be processed by third parties, including outside the EEA (e.g., Stripe, Google Cloud), in compliance with applicable legal safeguards.

The Platform uses cookies for analytics, functionality, and advertising purposes.

10. Messages and Reviews

Users may communicate through the internal messaging system. All messages must comply with the Platform’s code of conduct.
We reserve the right to monitor communications in cases of abuse or fraud and to restrict access for users involved in such activities.

Reviews may be published after an experience is completed.
It is prohibited to include personal data, defamatory language, or external links.
We reserve the right to remove false or inappropriate reviews that violate the Platform’s rules.

 

11. Intellectual Property

Content published by users (texts, images, descriptions) remains their property.
By publishing content, the user grants PremiumHotels.ro / GlampingHub.ro a non-exclusive, sublicensable, royalty-free right to use such content for promotional purposes.

All graphic elements, logos, platform structure, code, and text are protected by copyright.
Any use of these elements by third parties—especially competitors—without our written consent is strictly prohibited.

If you believe that any content published on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may contact us at premiumhotels@atmc.ro with supporting details and documentation.

 

12. Payments and Fees

  • PremiumHotels.ro / GlampingHub.ro may charge service or mediation fees to Hosts or Guests;

  • Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe), and users agree to the terms of the payment provider, available at https://stripe.com;

  • Bank or currency conversion fees applied by financial institutions are the responsibility of users;

  • Displayed prices may include VAT or other local taxes, depending on the Host’s jurisdiction;

  • We reserve the right to modify the fee structure with prior notice.

13. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies are determined by each Host.
Refunds, whether partial or full, apply according to these policies, which are clearly displayed before booking.
Platform service fees may be non-refundable.

PremiumHotels.ro / GlampingHub.ro is not responsible for any disputes between Hosts and Guests regarding cancellations.

 

14. Liability and Limitations

PremiumHotels.ro / GlampingHub.ro does not guarantee:

  • the continuous availability of the Platform;

  • the accuracy of information provided by Hosts;

  • the quality of services offered by third parties.

Hosts are solely responsible for complying with legal regulations regarding licensing, hygiene, safety, and taxation of the properties offered for rent.
PremiumHotels.ro / GlampingHub.ro is not liable for damages resulting from a Host’s failure to meet these obligations.

We are exempt from liability for any direct or indirect damages, except those caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

PremiumHotels.ro / GlampingHub.ro provides no express or implied warranties regarding the Platform or listed services and cannot be held liable for indirect losses, reputational damage, loss of profit, or loss of use.

The Platform is not responsible for the content of external websites to which it may link and does not guarantee their availability or accuracy.

 

15. Indemnification

Users (Hosts, Guests, or B2B Partners) agree to indemnify and hold harmless PremiumHotels.ro / GlampingHub.ro from any claim, loss, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from a violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

16. B2B Relations and Commercial Obligations

B2B Partners (agencies, companies, affiliates) have the following obligations:

  • not to contact listed Hosts directly (non-solicitation clause);

  • not to redistribute content or bookings without written consent;

  • to comply with data protection legislation;

  • to provide traffic reports upon request;

  • not to attempt to bypass the Platform or the booking process.

B2B contractual relationships are governed by separate agreements signed between the parties.
PremiumHotels.ro / GlampingHub.ro reserves the right to audit partners for contractual compliance and may terminate cooperation in case of violation.

 

17. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or interruptions caused by unforeseen events (earthquakes, pandemics, wars, infrastructure outages, or other force majeure events).

 

18. Updates and Beta Features

The Platform may include beta features.
We do not guarantee their continued functionality and assume no liability for temporary malfunctions.
Use of such features is at the user’s own risk.

We reserve the right to update these Terms. The latest version is always available on our website.
We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

19. Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law.
Any disputes shall first be settled amicably, and if not possible, by the competent courts in Bucharest.

Users within the European Union agree that any disputes shall be resolved in Romania, in accordance with national law and applicable EU legislation.

21. Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed null, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the affected clause shall be interpreted, as far as possible, in line with the original intent.

Failure by PremiumHotels.ro / GlampingHub.ro to exercise any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.

Section titles are for reference only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the User and PremiumHotels.ro / GlampingHub.ro and supersede any prior written or verbal agreements.
